Noticeboards & notices on Nottoboard are just that, a way for you to broadcast information to your audience. There is no feature provided for users to reply or comment on a notice or noticeboard, this is intentional. Users may follow a noticeboard or star notices, but they cannot reply or comment on these. This is to protect the community & provide a peaceful environment for people to broadcast their news & info but also for users to ingest the information provided on notices & noticeboards without any background noise.
